All prices are in euros. Rentals during the medium and high season are from Saturday to Saturday, or by arrangement.

Heated pool available on request, price €500.00 per week, previous notice is needed!

Linens and towels will be changed every Saturday and Wednesday, and on request.

The price includes, City taxes, 6/7 not on Sundays, daily cleaning 3 hours per day, final cleaning, linens and towels, Luxury toileteries, Welcome pack, and all utilities.

No others fees or taxes are required.

Check-in is after 4:00 pm. Check-out is before 10:00 am, or by different arrangements.

To book Villa Miragalli, we will ask you to sign a Rental Agreement that you can download and read here below.

Please check it carefully before completing your booking payment.

Once the Rental Agreement is signed, we will ask you to pay a 25% Booking deposit, payable either by bank transfer or credit card online.

The remaining balance (75%), is due 40 days prior to the arrival date, through bank transfer or credit card online.

The Security deposit of € 1000.00 can be paid by credit card, or in cash on euros, US dollars, or British pound at time of check-in. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.

Upon arrival at the Villa, we’ll ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the Guest form.
